Nice crisp U.S.N black stencil to the left front chest. Designed to be worn over outer clothing to keep the sailor dry during driving rain. Complete with taped seams with water-resistant coating on the inside. Complete with front tie cord original to the deck jacket (almost always missing!). Label inside jacket reads:
